Brian D. Katzenberg is admitted to practice law in Maryland. He represents workers and individuals who have experienced injury on the job or elsewhere, focusing on workers' compensation, automobile accidents, and personal injuries. Mr. Katzenberg has particular expertise in representing firefighters, police, and correctional officers who have been injured on the job, which includes unique circumstances such as work-related cancer, hypertension, and hearing loss, as well as aggravations of pre-existing conditions.

Residing in Baltimore City with his wife and two daughters, Mr. Katzenberg is actively involved in pro bono activities. He has chaired Courting Art Baltimore, an art contest that installs student artwork in local courthouses and provides scholarships to winners. He has served on various boards, including the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Educational Association (MWCEA), Arts Every Day, and the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation. As a member of MWCEA, Mr. Katzenberg has moderated seminars on topics like vocational rehabilitation, COVID-19, and work-related psychological injuries. He is also a member of the Box 414 Association, supporting the Baltimore City Fire and Police Departments.

Mr. Katzenberg graduated from the University of Virginia with a major in American Studies, concentrating on the American Labor Movement and U.S. industrial relations. He earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he participated in the Workers' Rights Clinic and received the Ward Kershaw Prize for outstanding work in class-action litigation.
